Care & Instructions

Place mat on baking sheet and lay food product directly on top of the mat... NO grease required!

The mat can withstand temperatures form -40 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, wash with detergent and water. Do not put in dishwasher. Rinse and shake remove excess water and air dry. An oily feeling and some discoloration is normal. Some food products may leave traces of their scent on the mat. Store flat or loosely rolled. DO NOT FOLD.

Caution!

Do not cut on the mat as it will fray.

Do not use any abrasive cleaners, scrapers or hard brushes.

Do not use in the broiler or on the grill.
