Honing Steel - 10"

Easily hone and sharpen all of your kitchen knives with this sharpening steel from the Classic Ikon line by Wusthof. Featuring a stainless steel construction for long lasting durability, it sharpens all knives quickly and efficiently. With an easy to use design, simply hold the steel out in front of you and, with light pressure, draw the blade across the ceramic shaft from heel to tip at a 20-degree angle. Featuring a medium to fine abrasion on knives and a soft grip black plastic handle for a secure grip, it also has a wide double bolster to protect your hands while sharpening.
